Estate Operative – Luxury Riverside Development

About the role
You will join the opening team at Hurlingham Waterfront, a brand‑new luxury riverside development of 224 apartments in South West London. The role is centred on keeping communal, amenity and garden areas immaculate, safe and ready for residents and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Perform scheduled cleaning, litter‑picking and touch‑point sanitising across lobbies, corridors, lifts and amenity spaces.
- Patrol and inspect interiors, exteriors and gardens, reporting defects or hazards promptly.
- Manage waste and recycling streams, maintaining clean and compliant bin stores.
- Set up, reset and lightly maintain lounge, co‑working, spa and pool‑side areas for guest use.
- Support resident enquiries, moves and deliveries, and assist contractors on site.
- Log tasks and issues using digital tools, keeping records up to date.
Required profile
- Attention to detail and pride in presenting immaculate environments.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with the on‑site team and Property Manager.
- Commitment to health and safety procedures and sustainable waste handling.
Required skills
- Basic use of digital task‑logging tools.
