Estates & Facilities Surveyor – Home Based (North London)

About the role

We are seeking an Estates and Facilities Surveyor to work from home while taking technical ownership of a portfolio of education sites across North London and the Home Counties. You will lead condition surveys, assess maintenance needs and produce cost estimates, enjoying genuine autonomy and professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct building, facilities and estates surveys across a cluster of education sites.
• Assess maintenance requirements and produce accurate cost estimates.
• Support planned maintenance and minor improvement works.
• Work remotely with regular travel to sites within the North London patch.

Required profile

• Background in Building Surveying, Estates or Facilities Management.
• Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own schedule.
• Ability to obtain or already hold a DBS check.
• Full UK driving licence.
