Estates Garage & Parking Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Estates Garage & Parking Manager to lead the parking and garage operations across housing estates in West London. The role involves delivering the housing department’s strategy for estate parking, maximising revenue and ensuring high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop the parking and garage team within the housing department.
• Promote garage utilisation and drive income through effective account management and arrears collection.
• Implement continuous improvement and performance management processes for parking services.
• Oversee garage refurbishment programmes and coordinate new Traffic Management Orders on estates.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing parking, garage or estate facilities.
• Strong understanding of housing department operations and revenue generation.
• Ability to lead a team and drive performance improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
