Estates Operations Coordinator – North West London

About the role

The Estates Operations Coordinator will deliver high‑level customer service to residents and act as the key liaison between residents, estate management and property teams. Working closely with the Estate Operations Manager, you will help run the day‑to‑day operations of a housing trust estate in North West London.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out regular estate inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor and report any risks, ensuring timely resolution.
• Arrange, schedule and oversee contractor and maintenance visits.
• Maintain and organise compliance documentation.
• Perform basic admin tasks such as raising purchase orders, typing inspection reports and handling fob requests.
• Support the Estate Operations Manager in delivering consistent, excellent service to residents.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
• Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining high‑quality customer service.
• Proactive, hard‑working attitude with a can‑do mindset.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably within a diverse community.
• Basic DBS check required.

Required skills

• Computer proficiency – Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

What we offer

• Hourly rate of £27.01.
• 35‑hour week, Monday‑Friday 9:00‑17:00.
• Hybrid working – one day remote per week, dependent on site needs.
• Six‑month ongoing contract with the possibility of extension.
