Estimator – Entry Level Commercial Role

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Estimator to join our commercial team in Hersham. This entry‑level position is ideal for a recent Business graduate or anyone starting a commercial career, offering full training and the chance to develop quoting and pricing expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate customer quotations and estimates.
• Produce pricing using internal systems.
• Tailor quotations to meet individual customer requirements.
• Respond to customer enquiries by telephone and email.
• Build positive relationships through professional communication.
• Enter and maintain information accurately on internal systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient quotation production.
• Learn the company’s products, services and systems through full training.
• Contribute to process improvements and support automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Eager to learn and take pride in delivering excellent customer service.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong grammar and punctuation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks.
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to develop.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Business degree or experience in commercial, administration, customer service or sales support is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
