Ethics & Compliance Placement – 12.5 months in UK

About the role

You will join the Commercial Aircraft Ethics & Compliance (LMO) department, supporting the UK Ethics & Compliance Manager and the wider team across the UK, France, Germany and Spain. The placement offers exposure to regulatory research, investigations and the development of ethics communication strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyse UK anti‑corruption, anti‑bribery, fraud and related regulatory developments.
• Assist the UK E&C Manager in promoting a strong Speak‑Up culture, including investigations, training and reporting to senior management.
• Develop and implement engagement and communication strategies on ethics and compliance.
• Travel periodically within the UK and to the Commercial Aircraft headquarters in Toulouse, France.
• Contribute to broader Commercial Aircraft E&C programme activities as required.

Required profile

• Undergraduate enrolment for the full placement duration, with a degree or study focus in business law, finance, business administration or a related field specialising in ethics & compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a diverse, international team.
• Analytical, strategic and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to undergo BPSS security check and potentially UK SC‑level clearance.
