EUC Engineer – MacOS / Apple Devices

About the role

We are looking for an experienced EUC Engineer to join our IT team in London. The role focuses on supporting MacOS environments, Apple laptops, and mobile devices, ensuring a smooth modern workplace experience for all users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑user support and administration for MacOS, Apple laptops, and mobile devices.
• Configure, deploy, and manage Apple hardware across the business.
• Support modern workplace and endpoint management solutions.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user‑related issues.
• Assist with networking support, including Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and endpoint connectivity.
• Maintain device security, patching, compliance, and asset management.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams on projects and improvements.
• Deliver excellent customer service and technical support to users at all levels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an EUC, Desktop Support, or Endpoint Engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of the MacOS and Apple ecosystem.
• Experience supporting laptops, desktops, and mobile devices in enterprise environments.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with MDM tools such as Jamf, Intune, or Kandji.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
