European Sales Analyst – French Speaking

About the role

TreasurySpring is a fast‑growing fintech focused on modernising money‑market investing. The European Sales Analyst will support the European sales team by handling operational tasks, onboarding prospects and assisting with business development activities across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate prospect onboarding, ensuring a smooth hand‑over between sales and operations.
• Generate new business opportunities using cold outreach methods such as calls, LinkedIn and networking.
• Maintain and update the CRM system, producing regular reports on sales performance.
• Support the sales and partnership teams in managing and nurturing partner relationships.
• Assist with the preparation of sales materials and documentation as needed.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑care orientation with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure both independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, quick learner with good organisational skills.
• Professional proficiency in French (B2 level) and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
