Evening Customer Services Advisor – 3pm to Midnight

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our busy Customer Experience Centre in Milton Keynes on an evening shift. You will work either 3 pm‑12 am or 6 pm‑12 am, five days a week, with every other weekend included. The role starts with a four‑week training programme before moving into the regular shift pattern.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails and live‑chat enquiries.
• Support customers with order‑related queries, including promotions, discounts and offers.
• Assist with delivery questions, returns, cancellations and complaints.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every interaction.

Required profile

• Previous customer service experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly manner.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
