Event Hospitality Operations Manager

About the role

This is a hybrid/remote opportunity to lead hospitality operations for one of Europe’s biggest sporting events. You will be responsible for planning, preparing and delivering premium guest experiences across multiple venues until the tournament concludes in October 2028.

Key responsibilities

• Lead venue inspections and develop operational readiness plans.
• Create staffing strategies, recruit, train and manage venue operational staff and temporary workforce.
• Coordinate furniture, fixtures, equipment, uniforms and IT requirements for each venue.
• Manage supplier procurement, logistics, deliveries and accreditation processes.
• Work closely with Logistics, Procurement, Guest Services, Production and other internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Oversee live event operations, resolve operational issues and maintain quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality or event operations planning.
• Ability to manage multiple suppliers and coordinate large‑scale venue logistics.
• Strong organisational skills for staffing, accreditation and on‑site delivery.
• Experience working with internal cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.

What we offer

• Competitive salary between £40,000 and £55,000 per year.
