Event Management Analyst – London

About the role

Join JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s CIB Events team in London as an Event Management Analyst. You will help design and deliver investor conferences and other high‑profile events across the UK and Europe, supporting the bank’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in the execution of conferences, investor meetings and stand‑alone events.
• Maintain event‑specific databases, collateral and delegate lists.
• Manage inventory and order branded conference materials.
• Develop, reconcile and negotiate event budgets with suppliers.
• Oversee relationships with internal and external vendors, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Deliver high‑quality output under tight deadlines, working flexible hours as required.

Required profile

• Experience in events, marketing or a related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive and self‑motivated.
• Ability to solve problems independently and manage time effectively.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
