Event Manager – French/English Bilingual

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Event Manager to lead a portfolio of UK and international events. Based in London with remote flexibility, you will work closely with teams and clients across the UK, France, and North America, delivering in‑person, virtual, and hybrid experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple events at all stages, from pitching to delivery.
• Lead end‑to‑end execution of in‑person, virtual, and hybrid events.
• Prepare proposals, budgets, timelines, and regular client updates.
• Source and manage venues and suppliers across several markets.
• Coordinate internal teams including tech, design, marketing, and legal.
• Produce run‑of‑show documents and oversee on‑site execution.
• Handle budget tracking, negotiation, and reconciliation.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in an events agency.
• Native‑level French and fluent English.
• Confidence managing senior stakeholders and client meetings.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Experience with virtual/hybrid platforms.
• Willingness to travel and be based in London for event delivery.
