Event Project Manager (Hybrid)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing creative events agency as an Event Project Manager, working hybrid with three days in the London office. You will own key client accounts and deliver high‑impact events from concept through to completion, often on an international scale.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Lead full event delivery for projects valued up to £500k.
• Produce proposals and respond to client briefs.
• Manage budgets, ensuring profitability and financial control.
• Oversee logistics, supplier sourcing and contract negotiation.
• Coordinate delegate management and event communications.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Support onsite delivery and post‑event reconciliation.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and generate new business.

Required profile

• Solid experience in an event agency environment.
• Proven ability to manage projects and clients end‑to‑end.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience managing budgets and supplier relationships.
• Confident communicator with strong client‑facing skills.
• Good knowledge of venues, suppliers and event logistics.
• Flexibility to travel for events and onsite delivery.
• Motivation to work in a collaborative, fast‑paced team.
