Events & Community Manager – UK

About the role
Partly is looking for its first UK Events & Community Manager to turn the brand into a movement within the collision and aftermarket repair industry. Based in London, you will own the community of independent bodyshops, parts dealers, and supplier partners, creating spaces where trust and product advocacy thrive.
Key responsibilities
- Build and nurture the Partly community across repairers and suppliers.
- Design, launch, and manage events, ambassador programmes, awards, owner councils, and reward mechanisms.
- Run and grow Partly’s Instagram and LinkedIn channels, turning event moments and case studies into broader reach.
- Collaborate closely with the UK Head of Growth Marketing and the UK General Manager.
- Engage directly in the field – visiting bodyshop yards, dealer back‑offices, and industry award ceremonies.
Required profile
- Proven experience in community building, event planning or B2B marketing, preferably within automotive or related sectors.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work hands‑on in diverse environments.
- Based in London or willing to relocate (relocation assistance available).
