Events Coordinator – Hybrid, Part‑time (6‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are seeking an organised Events Coordinator to join a well‑established membership organisation on a six‑month fixed‑term basis. Working hybrid from London, you will support both virtual and in‑person member events, ensuring a smooth experience for attendees and the internal team.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and delivery of virtual and face‑to‑face events.
• Manage registrations, attendee communications and booking systems.
• Liaise with venues, suppliers, speakers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare agendas, event materials and supporting documentation.
• Promote events via email campaigns, website updates and member communications.
• Maintain accurate records, produce post‑event reports and feedback summaries.
• Provide administrative support to keep the events programme running efficiently.

Required profile

• Previous experience coordinating events, meetings, conferences or member activities.
• Strong organisational ability with excellent attention to detail.
• Proven capability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience within a membership body, professional association, charity or similar is advantageous.
