Events Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Events Coordinator to manage both online and in‑person events for our members. The role is fully remote with occasional travel across the UK, primarily to London for meetings and nationwide events.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of specific event streams from planning through execution, ensuring seamless delivery and high engagement.
• Manage the events calendar on the bespoke Member platform, scheduling and promoting sessions, discussions and activities.
• Support the planning and execution of an expanding in‑person events programme.
• Provide event reporting, collate feedback, capture recordings and other outputs as required.
• Collaborate with other business areas for communications, event promotion, programme design, membership opportunities and invoicing.
• Offer strategic input into wider business initiatives and participate in nationwide in‑person events.

• Ability to prioritise work and meet varying deadlines.
• Confident stakeholder engagement at all levels to build trusted relationships.
• Excellent customer‑service mindset with a friendly, approachable manner.
• Self‑starter, highly motivated and able to work autonomously.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Eye for detail and strong administration abilities to manage a busy workload.

Required skills

• Proficient with Microsoft 365 packages.
• Experience using Zoom to manage online events.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
