Events Coordinator – Media Graduate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Events Coordinator to join a thriving events company in Tunbridge Wells. The role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with hands‑on experience who wants to develop a career in events, marketing and communications.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and deliver a variety of business events from concept to completion.
• Create engaging written content and conference packages to drive attendee interest.
• Manage timelines, budgets and logistics to ensure projects are delivered accurately and efficiently.
• Liaise with venues, suppliers and internal teams to guarantee smooth event execution.
• Support client proposals, marketing activities and post‑event reporting.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance event quality and attendee experience.

Required profile

• A degree in Events Management, Journalism, Marketing, English Literature or related field, or relevant professional experience.
• Excellent organisational ability with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, creative mindset and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Confident communication skills when dealing with clients and colleagues.
