About the role

• Manage all on‑the‑day logistics: run‑of‑show, supplier and venue liaison, health & safety, and troubleshooting.
• Oversee physical visual merchandising, briefing design teams, coordinating production and print suppliers, and supervising installation.
• Develop and nurture relationships with influencers, creators, and partners, aligning collaborations with brand values.
• Act as the brand champion in every external interaction, safeguarding quality and tone.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience delivering events, with a core focus on event execution (not occasional support).
• Proven track record of owning events end‑to‑end, including budgeting, supplier management, and post‑event analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with physical production, from briefing designers to overseeing installations.
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
• Passion for K‑beauty and Asian skincare, or a strong willingness to immerse in the sector.
