About the role
We are seeking an Events Lead to plan, develop and deliver a successful events programme for a hospice charity. The role will manage a portfolio of events, work closely with the Events & Community Manager and focus on maximising income, supporter engagement and awareness.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of a growing events portfolio, including flagship events such as a Memory Walk and a bi‑annual Ball.
- Develop and implement the events fundraising plan in line with the overall fundraising strategy.
- Deliver engaging supporter journeys that enhance long‑term relationships with donors and participants.
Required profile
- Demonstrable events management experience or a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritise conflicting workloads.
- Experience working with volunteers.
