Events Lead

About the role

Solve Intelligence is scaling its events function as its primary growth engine. As the first dedicated Events Lead, you will own the end‑to‑end strategy, execution and ROI of conferences, flagship gatherings, hackathons and curated meet‑ups worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the global events strategy, measuring ROI and iterating with the growth marketer.
• Lead participation in 70+ industry conferences across the US, Europe and Asia, managing booths, speaking slots and networking receptions.
• Build and launch Solve’s annual flagship event from concept to execution, securing partnerships and high‑profile attendees.
• Organise curated gatherings such as founder dinners, customer roundtables and product‑launch moments in key cities.
• Partner with Talent to run hackathons, technical meet‑ups and university collaborations, attracting top AI engineers.
• Manage vendors, budgets, logistics and post‑event follow‑up, ensuring flawless delivery.
• Leverage AI tools and integrate event data into HubSpot, Ashby and other RevOps systems for full attribution.

Required profile

• Proven track record of running memorable conferences, summits, hackathons or community events end‑to‑end.
• Commercial instinct with measurable impact on pipeline, revenue or hires.
• Strong operational rigor handling vendors, budgets and logistics without drop.
• Comfortable coordinating events across multiple continents from London and traveling internationally when needed.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
