Events Manager – 12‑month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

This 12‑month fixed‑term position is based in a leading global law firm in London. You will own the firm‑wide events programme, delivering both internal and external events that support business development and brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute a portfolio of internal and external events across the firm globally.
• Develop and implement an events strategy aligned with the firm’s business goals.
• Manage all logistical aspects, including venue selection, catering, AV, registration and on‑site delivery.
• Collaborate closely with business development and client development teams to ensure events drive client engagement.
• Act as the brand ambassador, ensuring events reflect the firm’s values and standards.
• Engage senior stakeholders and manage relationships with external partners and suppliers.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Events Manager within the legal sector or professional services.
• Strong understanding of event logistics and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior executives.
