About the role
We are looking for an Events Operations Coordinator to join Unilever’s Personal Care team in London. The role will support the delivery of FIFA tournament activations and other sport partnership events, ensuring ticketing, guest experience and on‑site operations run smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Support ticketing strategy, allocate tickets, establish processes and act as the central point of coordination.
- Manage ticket requests from internal leads and external right‑sholder partners.
- Collaborate with Partnerships, Marketing, Legal, Communications, IT, Security and external agencies to deliver guest experiences and brand activations.
- Oversee the Golden Game guest journey across stadiums, fan festivals and brand activation areas.
- Ensure events are delivered on‑brand, on‑time and within budget.
Required profile
- Proven experience in event operations, ticketing, hospitality or guest experience within a fast‑paced FMCG or sports environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives.
- Excellent relationship‑building capabilities across internal functions and external partners.
- Self‑starter with high energy and flexibility to adapt to business needs.

What we offer
- Hybrid working – two days per week in our Blackfriars office, the rest remote.
- Competitive salary up to £52,500 pro‑rata per annum.
- Temporary contract until August 2026, full‑time (36.25 hrs/week).
