Events & Operations Executive (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Events & Operations Executive to join a growing live‑events and experiential business in Berkshire. This hybrid position offers hands‑on exposure to every stage of event delivery, from warehouse preparation to on‑site client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of live events and experiential projects.
• Assist with event logistics, planning and supplier coordination.
• Organise warehouse stock, collect and deliver materials as needed.
• Help with event builds, installations and on‑site execution.
• Provide project administration, documentation and general team support.

Required profile

• Some exposure to events, marketing, hospitality or production environments.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Highly organised and willing to roll up sleeves.
• Excellent communication and proactive problem‑solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
• A desire to build a long‑term career in the events industry.
