About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Examinations Assistant to support the administration of all college examinations. This part‑time, permanent position involves coordinating with examination boards, staff, candidates and invigilators to ensure smooth delivery of exams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end examination administration process.
- Develop proficiency in the College Exams System (ProSolution) to produce and process exam files.
- Communicate with awarding bodies, internal staff, candidates and invigilators.
- Arrange exam logistics including room allocations, timetables, access provisions and clash resolution.
Required profile
- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Required skills
- ProSolution (college examinations management system).
