Exams & Data Manager – North London Secondary School

About the role

The school is seeking an organised Exams & Data Manager to join the team from September on a long‑term basis. You will ensure examinations run smoothly and that student data is accurate, supporting both teaching staff and senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and administer all internal and external examinations in line with awarding body regulations and JCQ guidelines.
• Oversee the school’s Management Information System, maintaining up‑to‑date student records.
• Produce data reports for senior leadership and support assessment and reporting processes.
• Liaise with teaching staff, external examination boards and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a school examinations or data management role.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, able to work independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SIMS (School Information Management System).
• Good understanding of school data management and examination procedures.
