Executive Assistant - Marketing

About the role

Wise is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Marketing Officer and Global Head of Communications. Based in our London office, you will ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, manage complex schedules, and coordinate key marketing and communications activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex, multi‑time‑zone calendars and inboxes, prioritising executive time for maximum impact.
• Prepare meeting agendas, distribute pre‑reads, and ensure the right attendees are present.
• Capture meeting outcomes, track actions, and follow up on project progress.
• Identify stakeholder deliverables and protect calendar space for high‑priority work.
• Plan and execute international travel, including visas, itineraries, and ground transport.
• Process expenses and invoices in line with company policy and collaborate with Finance Business Partners on budget tracking.
• Identify workflow improvements and implement more efficient systems.
• Administer Workday approvals and signatory duties with full discretion.
• Organise leadership off‑sites, Mission Days, and squad socials, handling venue sourcing, vendor management, and content collaboration.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting senior leaders, preferably in a fast‑moving technology or financial services environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones.
• Excellent communication and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Proactive attitude toward process improvement and stakeholder support.
