Executive Assistant – Part‑time (16 hrs/week)

About the role
We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director of MJG Financial Ltd. This part‑time, field‑based role involves accompanying the MD to client meetings, conferences and networking events across South East England.
Key responsibilities
- Attend meetings, events and conferences with the MD and take clear, concise notes.
- Record key information in the company’s CRM system.
- Assist the MD in locating contacts, facilitating introductions and gathering oral or written information.
- Conduct ad‑hoc research and due‑diligence tasks, which can be performed from home.
Required profile
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Commercially and culturally aware, with knowledge of business and finance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Resilient under pressure and able to present a professional appearance.
- Own transport for travel to events.
Required skills
- Experience using CRM systems.
