About the role
We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO of Subscription Services in Chiswick, West London. This high‑impact position requires discretion, sound judgement, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, global environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for all CEO‑related matters and manage a complex, global calendar.
- Prepare high‑quality briefings, presentations, reports and draft communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Develop relationships with Board members, senior leadership and external partners, acting as an effective gatekeeper.
- Coordinate across international teams, manage strategic initiatives, and track deliverables.
- Organise complex international travel, visas, itineraries, high‑profile meetings, events and off‑sites.
Required profile
- Proven experience supporting a CEO or C‑suite executive in a global organisation.
- Outstanding organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion, emotional intelligence and resilience under pressure.
