Executive Assistant to CTO & Engineering Leaders

About the role

Monzo is looking for a senior Executive Assistant to support its CTO and senior engineering leaders. This hybrid London‑based role sits at the heart of the Technology organisation, acting as a strategic partner to senior leaders and helping the team operate at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with the CTO, VP of Product Engineering, VP of Platform Engineering and the incoming General Manager of Fincrime.
• Develop a deep understanding of leaders’ priorities, anticipate needs and drive organisational effectiveness.
• Improve communication across engineering teams and help leaders navigate the complexity of a fast‑growing fintech.
• Collaborate with a network of Executive Assistants across Monzo to ensure seamless support for technology functions.
• Manage calendars, travel, meetings and stakeholder interactions while maintaining confidentiality.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior technology or engineering leaders.
• Thrives in a high‑growth, fast‑paced environment and enjoys solving ambiguous problems.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with a strategic, business‑partner mindset.
• Ready to hit the ground running without extensive onboarding.
