About the role

You will gain hands‑on experience analysing executive pay data, developing compensation strategies and supporting top‑tier organisations in attracting and retaining talent.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and interpret executive compensation data for client assignments.
• Perform competitive benchmarking and industry research to inform pay structures and incentive designs.
• Develop custom compensation surveys and assist clients with public disclosures and regulatory filings.
• Partner with consultants and clients to design reward strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify emerging trends, best practices and regulatory developments affecting executive pay.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a compensation associate or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of cross‑functional teams.
• Interest in executive compensation and talent management.

Required skills
