Executive Education Sales Consultant – Hybrid (Salford)

About the role

We are looking for an Executive Education Sales Consultant to sell professional development training courses for a prestigious client in Salford. The role starts in May/June 2026 and combines office‑based work (2 days a week) with remote activity after a six‑week training programme.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and create new business opportunities using a consultative sales approach.
• Develop and nurture relationships with both new and existing corporate clients.
• Conduct outreach via telephone, email and video conferencing to present training solutions.
• Progress leads through the sales cycle and close contracts.
• Transition into account management while maintaining a focus on new‑business development.
• Participate in a six‑week intensive, face‑to‑face training programme.

Required profile

• Confident telephone manner and strong verbal communication skills.
• Target‑driven with a proven ability to meet sales objectives.
• Willingness to undertake intensive product training and adapt quickly.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic sales team.

• Base salary £26,000 per year plus OTE £6,000‑£7,000, uncapped commission.
