About the role

Adjusting Appointments Limited is expanding its Complex Loss Unit with a senior professional to manage high‑value liability claims. The Executive Liability Adjuster will work remotely while covering London and the South East, handling complex personal injury and third‑party property damage losses.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and settle liability losses, primarily those exceeding £250,000.
• Manage a focused caseload of 30‑40 active claims to ensure high‑quality service.
• Provide expert advice on catastrophic injury cases and complex property damage.
• Collaborate with the existing team to maintain consistent claim handling standards.

Required profile

• Proven track record handling full‑range liability losses, typically above £100,000.
• Experience in both personal injury and third‑party property damage claims.
• Senior‑level expertise with the ability to work independently.
• Professional qualifications such as CII or CILA are preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills
