Job description
About the role
World Animal Protection are looking for an Executive Operations Coordinator to help move the world to protect animals. - Manage complex diaries, inboxes and cross‑timezone scheduling, keeping everyone briefed and on time.
- Organise travel and accommodation for board members, executives and guest speakers in line with policy.
- Structure timelines and sequence activities so leaders can execute complex work confidently.
- Track delivery of time‑bound priorities such as organisational planning, reviews and key initiatives.
- Monitor actions, milestones and dependencies, following through with clarity and diplomacy.
- Support global meetings by capturing outcomes and next steps in real time.
- Identify priorities, risks and upcoming demands before they become problems and act as a strategic filter for competing priorities.
- Contribute to shared global event logistics, including trustee travel and visas, and collaborate with fellow coordinators to ensure seamless coverage.
What we offer
- Competitive salary of £34,762‑£37,742 per year.
- 24 days’ holiday plus additional days for service, flexible public holiday options and end‑of‑year leave.
- Pension scheme with 6 % employer matching.
- Life Assurance (3 × annual salary) and 2 days volunteer leave per year.
- Inclusive benefits covering bereavement, carers, disability, menstrual/menopause, pregnancy loss, fertility treatment, gender‑affirming care, companion‑animal bereavement and “pawternity” leave.
- Long‑service milestones, employee assistance programme and wellbeing portal.
