Executive Search Associate – Bilingual (German/French)

About the role

Pacific International is seeking ambitious, bilingual professionals to join its Executive Search Associate programme. You will receive structured training and work alongside senior consultants to source and place senior‑level talent for Fortune 500 and high‑growth clients across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Meet weekly and monthly outreach targets to identify high‑quality candidates.
• Conduct proactive cold outreach, assess candidates, and build relationships.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline through market mapping and networking.
• Collaborate with the Head of Sector and Client Delivery Manager on search assignments.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and support successful placements.

Required profile

• Ambitious, tenacious and comfortable making cold calls.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, recruitment or a similar client‑facing role.
• Resilient, solution‑oriented and able to thrive under pressure.
• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence engaging senior professionals.
• Fluent in English and either German or French.
