Exhibition Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking an Exhibition Sales Executive to drive sales for B2B exhibitions and conference sponsorships. You will work on multiple UK‑based events with an international audience, selling exhibition space, sponsorship packages and association membership.

Key responsibilities

• Sell exhibition space and sponsorship opportunities across several events
• Promote and sell membership for the association
• Generate new business leads through telephone and face‑to‑face outreach
• Manage existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth

Required profile

• 18 months to 3 years of experience in B2B exhibition or conference sponsorship sales
• Proven telephone and face‑to‑face sales experience
• Self‑starter with strong lead‑generation capabilities
• Ability to balance new‑business acquisition (80%) with account management (20%)

• Base salary of £35‑40,000 per year with OTE up to £60‑65,000
