Exhibition Sales Executive

About the role

Our client is seeking a creative and driven Exhibition Sales Executive to expand a portfolio of international B2B events. Based in Guildford, you will work closely with senior decision‑makers across multiple sectors to generate new exhibition and sponsorship business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop leads for potential exhibiting companies across a range of industries.
• Sell exhibition space and sponsorship packages, driving revenue toward annual targets.
• Maintain a weekly sales campaign and update the company CRM with accurate prospect information.
• Pitch exhibitions to senior executives via cold calling and warm client outreach.
• Support new and existing exhibitors to maximise their return on investment.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful event delivery.

Required profile

• Proven B2B or B2C sales experience with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage senior decision‑makers.
• Highly organised, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Resilient and adaptable, comfortable using multiple sales approaches.

What we offer

• Basic salary of £35,000 (negotiable) plus uncapped commission, OTE around £60,000.
