Expatriate Benefits Consultant

About the role

Join WTW's Health and Benefits team as an Expatriate Benefits Consultant. You will work in a London‑based hybrid role, partnering with multinational organisations to design, deliver and manage benefit programmes for internationally mobile employees and assignees.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with WTW consultants and client stakeholders on global expatriate medical, life and disability arrangements.
• Provide strategic, consultative advice on benefit design, delivery and ongoing administration.
• Stay up‑to‑date with legislative changes and apply this knowledge to client solutions.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with insurance providers on behalf of clients.
• Service existing clients, plan renewals and oversee benefit redesign projects.
• Lead re‑broking exercises, analyse provider contracts and resolve client queries.
• Maintain quality‑control procedures and share best practices across the team.
• Develop account plans to drive new revenue and expand the Expatriate Benefits portfolio.

Required profile

• Extensive technical knowledge of employee benefits, with a focus on the expatriate market.
• Proven experience in consulting and account management for multinational clients.
• Strong relationship‑building and influencing abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health and benefits team.
