Experience Manager

About the role

The Experience Manager will lead the development and delivery of a comprehensive workplace experience strategy, ensuring it aligns with organisational goals and creates a first‑class environment for all on‑site personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic oversight: drive delivery of workplace experience strategy aligned with organisational goals.
• Contracts management: oversee contracts, ensure professional execution and meet expectations of customers and partners.
• Site operations management: implement best practices to create a first‑class workplace experience for on‑site personnel.
• Innovation and technology: leverage innovative technologies and automation to develop new operational methodologies.
• Sustainability commitment: engage in sustainability initiatives with the Workplace group and partners.
• Team development: mentor and facilitate training and development of team members.
• Subject matter expertise: act as SME for Workplace Experience and Front of House operations, supporting SOP development.
• Reporting: provide monthly, quarterly and annual reports to management.
