About the role
We are seeking experienced 7.5‑ton (HGV2) drivers for home deliveries based in Warrington. The role starts in the first week of September on a temporary‑to‑permanent basis, working early‑morning shifts from Monday to Saturday.
Key responsibilities
- Perform home deliveries together with a driver’s mate, ensuring goods reach customers on time.
- Work early‑morning shifts (starting around 05:00‑06:00) Monday‑Saturday, adhering to the delivery schedule.
- Maintain accurate records and comply with company standards for safe driving.
Required profile
- Valid HGV Class 2 (7.5‑ton) licence held for at least one year.
- Minimum one year of proven experience driving 7.5‑ton vehicles.
- Current CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) and tachograph card.
What we offer
- Competitive hourly rate of £15.31.
- Potential permanent salary of £36,000 per annum after successful temporary period.
