Experienced Air Conditioning Engineer

About the role

Heat Sync is seeking an Experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join its specialist team delivering high‑specification HVAC projects across Surrey and surrounding areas. You will work on a varied portfolio that includes luxury residential properties, commercial buildings and listed landmarks.

Key responsibilities

• Install and commission split, multi‑split and VRF/VRV air‑conditioning systems.
• Service and maintain existing split and multi‑split installations.
• Work on high‑specification residential, commercial and listed properties.
• Support lead engineers on complex installations and fit‑outs.
• Represent Heat Sync with professionalism to discerning clients.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with air‑conditioning systems.
• Full UK driving licence.
• CSCS card.
• Desirable: F‑Gas certification.
• Self‑motivated, meticulous, calm under pressure and professional in client interactions.

Required skills

• Installation of split air‑conditioning systems.
• Installation of multi‑split air‑conditioning systems.
• Installation of VRF/VRV air‑conditioning systems.
• Servicing and maintenance of HVAC equipment.
