Experienced Block Manager

About the role

Our client, an award‑winning property management company, is expanding rapidly and seeks an Experienced Block Manager to join their team in Holloway. You will work Monday to Friday, 9 am‑6 pm, managing a portfolio of residential blocks while delivering high‑quality service to leaseholders, freeholders and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential blocks, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, tenant interactions and lease administration.
• Arrange and supervise planned and reactive maintenance works.
• Maintain strong relationships with leaseholders, RTM companies, contractors and clients.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, fire regulations and other relevant legislation.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues, complaints and emergency situations.
• Keep accurate property records updated in internal systems.

Required profile

• Previous experience in block management is essential.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and deliver an outstanding level of service.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and highly organised.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software.
