Experienced Conveyancer – Residential Property Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join a modern, client‑focused law firm in South Ashford. The role offers long‑term progression within a supportive, sociable team that values quality work and strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential freehold and leasehold transactions from instruction to completion.
• Handle residential sales and purchases, ensuring accurate documentation and timely progress.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other third parties throughout the conveyancing process.
• Collaborate closely with a dedicated team to maintain high standards of client care and departmental efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum five years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
• Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold property law.
• Excellent communication and client‑care abilities.
• Friendly, sociable personality with a team‑oriented mindset.
• Proactive attitude and desire for long‑term career development.
