Experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner – Residential Property

About the role

Our client, a leading residential property practice in Gloucester, is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their busy team. The role offers the chance to manage a high‑quality caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions while delivering exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Handle new‑build, Help to Buy and shared‑ownership transactions.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, developers and referral partners, providing regular updates.
• Maintain accurate files in line with regulatory requirements and meet transaction deadlines.
• Participate in team meetings, business development activities and achieve billing targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years post‑qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
• Proven ability to manage a conveyancing caseload independently.
• Strong knowledge of freehold, leasehold, new‑build, Help to Buy and shared‑ownership matters.
• Excellent organisational, communication and client‑care skills.
• Proactive, commercially minded with the ability to meet deadlines.

• Experience using case management systems.
• Familiarity with legal technology platforms.
