Experienced Estate Agent – Run Your Own Business

About the role

We are looking for an experienced estate‑agent professional who wants to run their own business with the support of The Property Experts. You will operate from anywhere in the South East, focusing on prospecting, winning instructions and closing residential sales while enjoying a high‑earning commission structure.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new property listings and win client instructions through proactive prospecting.
• Negotiate offers and guide transactions from initial interest to completion.
• Manage your own portfolio of sales, ensuring each deal meets the company’s compliance and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Estate Agent, Branch Manager, Lister, Valuer or Sales Manager in the property sector.
• Track record of delivering sales and meeting targets in a competitive market.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a dedicated real‑estate CRM.
• Familiarity with property portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla, Homesearch, Acaboom, HIPLA and AllAgents.
