About the role
A welcoming primary school in Openshaw is seeking an experienced Key Stage 1 teacher to join its team on a full‑time, long‑term basis. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons, inspire young learners and contribute positively to the wider school community.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and assess engaging KS1 lessons.
- Support pupils of all abilities to achieve their full potential.
- Create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues, support staff and parents.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Recent experience teaching in a UK primary school.
- Strong knowledge of the KS1 National Curriculum.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Passion for high‑quality education and raising pupil achievement.
