Experienced MIG/TIG Welder – Sheet Metal Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking experienced MIG/TIG welders to join a well‑established sheet‑metal manufacturing business in Burnham on Crouch. You will work on high‑quality metal components for a range of industries, supporting a growing production team.

Key responsibilities

• MIG and TIG welding of sheet‑metal components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Fabricate and assemble metal products to specification.
• Carry out quality inspections to maintain high standards.
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Previous MIG and TIG welding experience in a sheet‑metal environment.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship.
• Reliable, self‑motivated and able to work as part of a team.
• Experience with fabrication equipment is advantageous.
