About the role
We are partnering with a leading, award‑winning estate agency in Gloucester to add an experienced Mortgage Advisor to their ambitious team. You will work with a steady flow of pre‑qualified leads, guiding clients from initial enquiry through to completion while delivering a highly personalised service.
Key responsibilities
- Provide mortgage and protection advice to clients across multiple lenders.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from enquiry to completion.
- Maintain and grow a pipeline of quality leads and appointments.
- Build lasting relationships and ensure a seamless client experience.
Required profile
- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent CF1 & CF6).
- Proven track record as a Mortgage Advisor handling multiple lenders.
- Target‑driven mindset with strong communication and relationship skills.
- Highly organised and proactive.

What we offer
- Base salary up to £35,000 per annum plus car allowance.
- Commission structure up to 45% of banked income (potential OTE £75k+).
