Experienced Mortgage Broker

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Broker to join our Rustington office. You will work directly with clients under pressure, providing tailored mortgage solutions and supporting them through the entire application process.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end mortgage advice to a portfolio of residential and commercial clients.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and regulatory requirements.
• Utilise company‑provided leads to generate new business and grow your earnings.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and ensure high‑quality service.
• Participate in training programmes for specialist areas such as equity release, bridging and commercial lending.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years recent experience as a mortgage broker or advisor.
• Resilient and able to work long days and weekends when needed.
• Driven with a focus on building uncapped earnings.
• Likeable and trustworthy, able to build strong client relationships.
• High integrity and ability to meet regulated KPIs.
