About the role

One Finance Group is looking for an experienced mortgage broker to join its Rustington office. You will work with a steady flow of client leads, providing tailored mortgage advice while handling the emotional and financial pressures clients face.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive mortgage advice across a range of products, with the chance to specialise in equity release, bridging, commercial or second‑charge loans.
• Manage multiple client cases simultaneously, meeting varying deadlines and ensuring high‑quality service.
• Work occasional long days and weekends to meet client needs and business targets.

Required profile

• Resilient – able to stay calm under pressure and handle demanding workloads.
• Driven – motivated to grow earnings and pursue further qualifications.
• Likeable – trustworthy and relatable, building confidence with clients.
• Integrity – capable of meeting regulated KPIs and making evidence‑based recommendations.

Required skills

• Minimum two years of current experience as a mortgage broker.
• Ability to advise on a variety of mortgage types and related insurance products.
