Experienced Panel Beater – Amesbury

About the role

Our client, a national multi‑site automotive accident repair group, is looking for an experienced Vehicle Panel Beater to join their busy centre in Amesbury. The role offers a chance to work on a variety of vehicle bodywork repairs within a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Replace and repair damaged bodywork panels, including bumpers and doors.
• Carry out chassis and framework repairs to restore structural integrity.
• Accurately assess vehicle damage and select appropriate repair methods.
• Perform light Mechanical, Electrical, and Trim (MET) tasks as required.
• Ensure all work meets internal quality standards and third‑party specifications.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Panel Beater, preferably with at least three years in a similar role.
• Formal qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 are desirable but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality workmanship.
• Good communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
• Valid UK driving licence with minimal points.
